It should be mentioned that the Llanera pride, Marcelo Felipe, is a pure all-rounder—a complete rider.

In 2021 and 2019, the 7-eleven second man was 6th and 7th overall, respectively, in the same annual UCI 2.1 race, the Tour of Thailand.
In the same way, he capped off the Tour de Singkarak in Indonesia and Tour of Thailand 4th overall in 2018 and 2016.
Now, Felipe is the Best ASEAN rider, Tour of Thailand 2022 and 7th overall in the General Classification. The Best ASEAN is only awarded to the 10-member nations of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
Despite a 9th place finish at the 2022 LBC Ronda Pilipinas 11th Edition, stymied by an early-stage team mishap in Sorsogon, Felipe’s performance in Thailand proves he is in a league of his own among his Southeast Asian counterparts.
