The first and only Mindanaoan to win the prestigious LBC Ronda Pilipinas (International) in 2014, Riemon Magaspag Lapaza further demonstrated his cycling prowess by clinching the age category championship in the inaugural Trek UCI Gravel World Series Asia Qualifier on 03 April 2022, held in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija.
His triumph in this event secured his qualification for the following year’s UCI Gravel World Championships, held in Veneto, Italy, on October 8-9, 2023.
