Enrique Vinluan Domingo — a name synonymous with speed and sprint supremacy in Philippine cycling.
Hailing from San Carlos City, Pangasinan, the 5-foot-6 “Turbo Leg” rider made his mark as the back-to-back Sprint King of the Marlboro Tour International in 1997 and 1998.
Domingo burst onto the scene as a rookie in the 1988 Marlboro Tour, immediately showcasing his explosive and turbocharged engine power by claiming a lap win from Olongapo City to Dagupan. His affinity for Olongapo stage was undeniable—he would go on to dominate stages there in 1990, 1991, and again in 1998, cementing his reputation as a fast-twitch phenom who reigned supreme whenever the sprint stakes were high.

But his sprinting prowess didn’t end with the storied Marlboro Tour. Domingo extended his dominance well into the next decade, clinching the Sprint King title in the 2003 and 2004 Tour ng Pilipinas, once again winning it back-to-back—a rare feat that solidified his place among the elite in Philippine cycling history.
