Despite the inclement weather, Joseph Bora Javiniar, together with Slovenian teammate Matej Drinovec, climbed three spots in the General Classification, now sitting 47th and 46th respectively.
Joshua Pascual kept his upward momentum, climbing from 40th to 38th while John Patrick Pagtalunan improved to 108th—7-Eleven’s tail-end man in GC.
At key moments, Javiniar attempted to stay with the lead pack, even charging to the front and virtually positioning himself as the best stage and Asian rider. But the peloton reeled them back, bringing everyone on equal footing in the final kilometers before the flurry of individual attacks.

The wet conditions took their toll, claiming four riders as casualties—including three-time Italian stage winner Matteo Malucelli of XDS-ASTANA (XAT.)
Meanwhile, 7-Eleven Roadbike Philippines held firm in the classifications, remaining 13th in the Team GC and 5th among Asian squads.
