Excellent Noodles rider Joseph Bora Javiniar, a native of Pagsanjan, Laguna, has become a formidable presence in the peloton these days. He is among the sought-after fast-twitch contenders.

Early this year, Javiniar shook up the national criterium scene, dethroning veteran rider Jan Paul Morales and emerging victorious in his first national title.
The change of guard on the local stage best epitomizes the dawn of a new face of Philippine cycling. Javiniar, 25, the defending national criterium champion, is relentless, continuing to rule the national stage in the ensuing saga.
In the MPTC Tour of Luzon Clark-Clark stage 5, Javiniar broke the winning ways of a back-to-back stage winner and displayed an incredible warp-speed in the ITT—outpacing Gapyeong top gun and Filipino heartbreaker Dae Yeong Joo in an intense 15.14 km showdown.
In September 2025, Javiniar not only proved his speed and power on flats, but also reigned supreme in Tour de Entete, Indonesia’s longest professional cycling race, as its edition’s KOM.
This December, at the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand, Javiniar will join forces with fellow cycling standouts Pascual, Lim, and Oranza as they represent the country in a four-man Team Time Trial (TTT)—a cycling event that the Philippines is known to excel in, evident in the 2019 SEA Games results where the host-country, Philippines, captured its last (TTT) bronze in history.
