The perfectly positioned 34-year-old Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan native, Bolinas, outlasted the competition and seized the podium after a cruel taste of fate for his closest rival.
In his inaugural international appearance at the 13th ASEAN Para Games 2025, Bolinas not only secured a historic bronze—one of four competitions he battled in under the expert guidance of head coach Norberto Oconer—but likewise achieved a personal record (PR).
