Philippine Para-Cycling Team Set for Historic ACC Asian Track Cycling Championships in Tagaytay

Two-time Olympian Norberto Oconer proudly presents the national para-cycling roster for the 2026 ACC Asian Track Cycling Championships, slated for March 25 to 31 at the newly built Tagaytay City Velodrome.

The Philippine Para Cycling Team features: Patrick Gerard Lee (Bulacan), a 13th ASEAN Para Games silver medalist (Men’s C3-C5 Road Race), competing in the Men’s C5 4000m Individual Pursuit; Joel Ian Tacutaco (Tarlac), an Asian Para Road Cycling Championships silver medalist 2025, set to compete in the Men’s C5 Elimination Race/Scratch Race; and Nikko Peralta (Pangasinan), scheduled to partake in the Men’s C4 4000m Individual Pursuit.

Para Cycling Team Head Coach Oconer is grateful to PHILSPADA Head Mike Barredo and the Philippine Sports Commission for providing state-of-the-art equipment for this historic event—the first since the Philippines last hosted the same event in 1995.
