MAPANDAN |The Great Return

After a fifty-year wait, Mapandan, Pangasinan returns to the national stage.

Under Mayor Karl Christian Vega, the town sends Julian Matthew de Guzman and El Joshua Cariño to the 14-day MPTC Tour of Luzon.

They aren’t just representing the Home of the Pandan Festival—they are reclaiming the title as the Home of Cycling Champions, following the tracks laid by their legendary folk Mamerto Eden.
