The “record-breaking bike” of 21-year-old Asian Track Cycling sensation Zedric Ivan Honorica was stolen outside a convenience store in Concepcion, Marikina, at 12:45 pm on Sunday, April 12.
It took a thief just three minutes to snatch the historic bicycle while Honorica was briefly inside paying bills.
After a two-day search, Marikina authorities successfully recovered the iconic bike in Brgy. Tumana, City of Marikina, at 10:30 pm on April 14, following a tip from a concerned citizen.
